RETURNS POLICY

You may return any product you have purchased to us in its original condition within 30 days. If we consider any returned product to have been damaged, we may reject the return and decide not to issue a refund.

If you would like to return your product, please send an email to sales@gravitylife.hk  and we will advise of our returns instructions.

Please note that we do not provide prepaid returns postage labels.

When returning, you should keep proof of postage in case you need it as evidence that you have returned the product to us, as the returned products are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.

We will inform you by email when we have received your returned product and are issuing your refund. All refunds will be made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Our 30-day returns policy does not affect your statutory or other legal rights.
